• Mapping out user journeys for a new digital twin product at Synkrato aimed at optimizing supply chains and warehouse management

• Creating 3D renderings and animations using Unreal Engine for CarbonGood, a modular hydroponic farming and carbon sequestration units addressing food inequity and air quality issues in Morocco

Senior Product Designer, Populus Technologies, September 2021 - May 2024

• User research to understand the needs and pain points of city stakeholders and to identify product roadmap opportunities

• Experience and interface design for Mobility and Curb Manager products as well as public data tools

• Designed a bespoke component library and guided the migration of legacy assets to use these assets

• Lead regular usability testing sessions with city stakeholders using functional prototypes, mockups and sketches

• Create development-ready assets in Figma for each new feature and worked closely with engineers on their implementation

• Conducted research examining how the user experience design of share mobility apps influence established transit models

• Identified sites zoned for multi-family use along the Alameda corridor in Los Angeles County that could benefit from environmental remediation and subsequently support the development of new affordable housing
